MULU FEST Ethiopian Food Truck is a story of
resilience and adaptability, beginning with Mr.
Abera and his family's involvement in the
tourism industry, where they showcased East
Africa's beauty to travelers. The COVID-19
pandemic brought significant challenges,
leading to a decline in their business. Seizing
the opportunity to pivot, Mr. Abera and his
family launched the food truck to share their
love for authentic Ethiopian cuisine. Today,
MULU FEST serves not only delicious meals but
also symbolizes community and connection,
allowing the family to keep their spirit alive
despite the changes in the world. They are
grateful for the support and encouragement
from the community and invite others to share
