Inclusive Design Lab's Periwinkle Patch

Periwinkle Patch is a Minneapolis-based BIPOC owned brand combining art, design, and technology through a whimsical 3D-printed flower bar. We create colorful, long-lasting flowers, vases, and accessories that customers can mix and match to build their own bouquets. Our products are locally 3D-printed using plant-based materials like PLA and PHA. Our mission is rooted in inclusion, sustainability, and accessibility. We believe creative technology should be accessible to everyone, not just those who can afford expensive equipment or specialized training. To put this into practice, we offer paid internships to design students, providing hands-on experience, mentorship, and access to professional 3D-printing technology. Through our Cares Fund, a portion of every sale is dedicated to supporting local arts and design programs, helping us reinvest in the community where our products are made. Periwinkle Patch is about more than flowers. We're building a small, locally rooted creative ecosystem where beautiful products create meaningful opportunities for the next generation of designers.
