As an event coordinator for 40+ years ... I provide marketing tools to the vendors to help them promote their participation ... AND promote my events within a 25 mile radius of WNY, pinpointing the demographic to assure large attendance at my events. I also try to make it easy to load-in and load-out with proper communications.
