How to take vendor applications on VendorsMap
Every application arrives with the vendor's product photos, categories, bio, and links, so you are reviewing real businesses instead of blind emails. You can process them one at a time or in bulk.

Build your application form
Use the form builder to ask exactly what you need. Start from pre-built sections (products, booth needs, insurance, food handling) and toggle on the questions that matter for your event.
Review and decide
- 1Open the Applications tab to see every pending vendor across all your events.
- 2Accept, waitlist, or decline from the row, or select several and act in bulk.
- 3When you decline, add a short reason. The vendor receives it so they can apply elsewhere with better odds.
- 4Accepted vendors are notified instantly and prompted to pay their booth fee.
Tip
Waitlisting is a soft no with a door left open. If a booth opens up, you can move a waitlisted vendor to accepted in one click.
