Do I need to bring my own table and chair?

No, tables and a chair are provided for each vendor.

What are the display guidelines?

We aim for a clean, elegant, and uncluttered look that allows every brand to shine. Table displays may include some elevation, but wall hanging and banners are not permitted, as space is limited and we want to preserve visibility for all vendors. We believe less is more! Extra inventory can be stored in the venue's back room.

. When can I set up my table?

Vendors will have access to the venue two hours before the market opens, including time to unload and set up. If the space is available, we may also arrange setup the day before and will confirm this in advance.

4. How will my business be promoted?

We promote Local Love Market through our social media channels and encourage all vendors to share, tag, repost, and engage with one another. We also receive support from official Oakville accounts that list our events on their calendars, as well as local Magazine. Each vendor will receive a custom Local Love QR code for visitors to scan and follow their Instagram account.

How do vendors receive event updates and communicate with organizers?

All vendors will be added to our community group, where we share important event information, updates, and reminders. You can also ask questions and connect with fellow vendors directly in the group.

How do I secure my spot?

Once your participation is confirmed, payment is made by e-transfer to secure your vendor spot. Payment details will be shared directly with confirmed vendors.
