What types of vendors do you accept?

We accept all vendors depending on the type of market.

Are all vendors automatically accepted?

No, we curate each market to create a balanced shopping experience and avoid duplication of products.

Can I sell the same products as another vendor?

Similar businesses may be accepted, but we consider product variety, availability and the overall vendor mix when making selections.

Can I apply for multiple markets?

Absolutely! We encourage you to apply for any and all of our events. Acceptance and space availability are determined per market.

How much does a vendor space cost?

Vendor fees vary by event and are listed in the application as well as any of our social media.

Payment confirms your space, it is due immediately. We will reach out to you twice to confirm and pay before moving on to the next vendor.

What happens if I need to cancel?

Cancellations submitted at least 14 calendar days before the event may request a refund. Cancellations received fewer than 14 days before the event are not refundable, but a credit toward the next available market in your product category may be offered.

What happens if the market is canceled due to weather?

Weather-related cancellations are handled case by case. Vendor fees are generally credited toward the next available market in the vendor's category, with exceptions considered depending on the circumstances.

Can I transfer to another vendor?

No transfers or sharing of booth space without prior written approval from Rooted Markets.

What is included with my booth?

Unless otherwise specified, vendors should plan to bring their own tent, tables, chairs, displays, signage, weights, and payment equipment.

What size is my booth?

Standard 10X10 space, unless previously discussed with Rooted Markets for a larger space.
