What types of food trucks are you looking for?

We are looking for a variety of food options, including meals, snacks, desserts, specialty foods, and unique regional offerings. We encourage vendors to offer something different from other participating trucks.

Can I sell lemonade, coffee, tea, or other specialty drinks?

These may be permitted, but they must be listed on your application and approved by the Frontier Days Committee.

Do I need a food license or permit?

Yes. Vendors are responsible for all licenses, permits, inspections, and food-service requirements applicable to their operation.

Do you provide electricity?

Electricity is limited at an additional $50 and is not guaranteed. Food trucks should plan to provide their own power source if needed.

Do I need to bring my own equipment?

Yes. Food trucks are responsible for their own equipment, serving supplies, signage, power, and other operating necessities.

Can I change my menu after applying?

Please contact the Frontier Days Committee before making significant menu changes.

When will I receive my food truck location and setup information?

Approved vendors will receive arrival, parking, setup, operating-hour, and location information approximately 2 weeks before the event.

Yes. Food truck spaces are limited, and applications are subject to approval.

What makes a food truck application stand out?

A clear menu, reasonable pricing, quality food, professional presentation, and a concept that adds variety to the overall Frontier Days food lineup are all helpful.
