How these numbers are made

Every upcoming US event on VendorsMap that states its booth fee as a plain dollar amount, a payable fee tier, or free: 1,124 of 15,987 listings (7%) as of October 21, 2026. Fees written as prose (“$75 a week, $200 a season”) or “contact the organizer” are left out rather than guessed at. When an event has several tiers, its cheapest one counts, because that is the price of getting in. Medians are over paid fees; free booths are counted separately. Canadian events price in Canadian dollars and are not included. The numbers refresh every few hours as organizers add and edit listings.
