VendorsMap Membership is live. $40 a year unlocks the full directory of 13,700+ farmers markets, craft fairs, festivals, and pop-ups across the US and Canada, plus tools that save you hours per application. Anyone can browse 7 events per month for free. After that, you decide if it's worth the price of one rejected jury fee.
What you get
The full event details. Booth fees, application deadlines, organizer contact info, full event descriptions, schedules, pricing tiers, vendor info. Everything an organizer publishes about their event, on a single page, for every event in the directory.
The Application Library. Click any event with an external application form and we'll generate starter answers in your voice, tuned to that specific event. Pulls from your profile (business name, category, bio, years selling, home town) and the event's audience and theme. You edit the drafts and submit on the organizer's form. Five common questions covered: tell-us-about-yourself, why-this-event, products, booth setup, anything else.
One-Click Quick Connect. Member-only profile packet that shows every applicable field with a copy button. Apply to ten events in ten minutes instead of an hour, even when each event uses a different external form.
Weekly digest of new matches. Every Tuesday we email you the new events that match your saved criteria (event type, geographic radius, max booth fee, food-truck-only). Most weeks it's the difference between catching a new opportunity and missing the deadline.
Member alerts. Set saved searches and we'll email you when new events open in your area. Useful for vendors who specialize in one type of event or one geographic region.
Priority placement. Your applications surface at the top of organizer review queues with a Member badge. Helps when an organizer is reviewing 80 applications for 25 spots.
The math
$40 a year works out to about $3.33 a month. That's less than a single craft fair booth fee at almost any event in the directory. One event you wouldn't have found otherwise pays back the membership ten times over. One application fee you don't waste because the directory data showed you the event wasn't a fit also pays it back.
For self-employed vendors, the $40 is a tax-deductible business subscription. Stripe emails you a receipt at signup and on every renewal. Save it with your Schedule C records.
The 30-day refund
If you don't find at least one event worth applying to in your first 30 days as a member, email james@vendorsmap.com and I refund you in full. No forms, no questions, no exit interview. The platform exists to save vendors time and money. If it doesn't do that for you, you shouldn't be paying for it.
What stays free
Anyone can preview 7 events per month for free without paying. The map is still public. State pages, the blog, the FAQ, and the comparison pages stay open and crawlable. The directory exists to help vendors discover events; the membership funds the operating costs and unlocks the deeper tools.
Event organizers can still list events for free. Always have, always will. If you run a market, fair, or festival and want it on the map, create an organizer account and add it. We're not charging the supply side.
