Our story
I make chocolate bonbons, Trubochki (cream filled waffle rolls/pizzelles), as well as cake balls/truffles. I’ve started making these about a year ago for my daughter’s wedding and continued afterwards. Turned it into a business Feb of 2026. I use real Belgian chocolate, and my pastries are from Eastern Europe.
