Dancing Cub Farm creates small‑batch, microgreen‑infused foods, gluten‑free breads, baked goods, vinegars, and pantry items made in our inspected kitchen in Strasburg, VA. I’ve been selling for several years at regional markets, online store, festivals and winery events, focusing on fresh, chef‑forward flavors and high‑quality ingredients. Every item is handcrafted, made in small batches, and built around the farm’s own microgreens — that’s what makes DCF truly unique.
