My name is Syri Gerstner, and I’m the owner of La Susa’s Bakes N Sweets, a family-owned Arizona cottage bakery. I make from-scratch cookies, cakes, single-serving desserts, artisan breads, homemade very spicy pickles, and handcrafted seasoning blends. My specialty is creating lower-sugar treats using alternative sweeteners such as monk fruit and Swerve, alongside traditional sweets. What makes my work special is the personal care I put into my recipes, my love of homemade ingredients, and my desire to bring people together through comforting food and warm memories. I’m building my business through local markets, community events, and direct orders, sharing a little sweetness—and something savory—with my neighbors.
