Why Build A Fizz? Build A Fizz is a mobile non-alcoholic drink cart founded by two former UNC student-athletes, teammates, co-captains, and best friends. We created Build A Fizz because we wanted to make grabbing a drink feel like part of the experience, not just another purchase. Our menu includes dirty sodas, energy drinks, electrolyte refreshers, and mocktails, all made to order with fun flavors, creams, fruit, and toppings. Customers can choose something from our menu or customize a drink to make it their own. What makes us different is the experience around the cart. Build A Fizz is colorful, interactive, social, and designed to draw people in. It gives market guests something they can walk around with while they shop, encourages them to stay longer, and adds another reason to bring friends and family along. We also love adapting to the communities we’re part of. We create seasonal drinks, market-specific specials, and themed menus so every pop-up feels a little different. At the end of the day, we’re two best friends building something we genuinely love. Build A Fizz is about good drinks, creativity, and creating a fun place for people to connect.
