Our story
I sell cookies and scones made with Italian flour and brown butter. Using this flour has changed our families life. Our daughter has gluten sensitivities and with this flour she doesn’t react or have sensitivity issues. Allowing her to eat the things she loves and is not having to buy gluten free things as often because I can make it.
