Pacific Roots BBQ is a family-owned Chamorro and island-style BBQ business inspired by our roots in Guam. We specialize in authentic island flavors, serving delicious grilled BBQ chicken, pork ribs, short ribs, traditional Chamorro red rice, chicken kelaguen, homemade potato salad, cucumber salad, pancit, and other island favorites. Since launching our business in 2026, we’ve been bringing the taste of the islands to local farmers markets, community events, pop-ups, and private catering throughout Southern California. What makes us special is our commitment to family, culture, and authentic homemade food. Every dish is prepared with love, tradition, and the flavors we grew up enjoying.
