REBEL44 serves as a conduit and voice for the regenerative stewardship of honeybees and pollinators throughout the fertile Snoqualmie Valley farm region of Washington State. Our unique biodynamic approaches to pollinator stewardship extends beyond general beekeeping practices, yielding unprecedented overwintering rates of our well-loved honey bees, as well as an exceptional collection and caliber of premium organic, raw, hyperlocal honey varietals. We target specific floral nectar flows throughout our bee stewardship season across seven unique apiaries throughout the verdant farm valley. The honeys of each nectar flow and each apiary are ethically harvested via separate extractions, producing distinct and fine tasting notes across each special varietal. With our collection of REBEL44 premium honeys, we offer nectar flights and experiential honey tastings -- akin to wine tastings -- inclusive of our stewardship education interwoven throughout the honey tasting journey.
