Palencia’s Pizza is a Massachusetts-based mobile pizza business founded in 2026 with a simple goal: to serve great pizza made fresh, right in front of you. We specialize in handcrafted Neapolitan-style pizzas made with carefully selected ingredients, hand-stretched dough, and baked to order at our mobile setup. We started Palencia’s Pizza out of a genuine love for making pizza and bringing people together through food. Since launching, local farmers markets and community events have become a huge part of who we are. We love getting to know our customers, seeing familiar faces every week.
