Simply, Honestly from Bohm Bakes — Fresh Baked in Jackson I’m Mimi, the baker behind Bohm Bakes, a small-batch home bakery in Jackson, California. What started as a love of baking and a way to find a little calm in the kitchen has grown into a local baking business built around scratch-made treats and sharing them with my community. I bake a little bit of everything I love—cakes, coffee cakes, pies, cookies, brownies, blondies, muffins, loaf cakes, bagels, and seasonal favorites. I’m especially fond of classic comfort desserts with a homemade twist, using quality ingredients and plenty of care in every batch. I began selling my baked goods at local farmers markets and community events in 2025, and Bohm Bakes has been a regular presence at markets throughout Amador County. You’ll find me at farmers markets, pop-ups, special events, and my Perry Street Farm Stand in Jackson, whenever my baking schedule allows. For me, baking is about more than making something delicious—it’s about creating something that brings people together, makes someone’s day a little sweeter, and celebrates the wonderful community I’m lucky to be part of.
