Cookin with Mike – Serving Topeka Since 2021 Cookin with Mike started in 2021 with a simple goal: serve good, honest food made the way it ought to be made. We’re a locally owned food truck serving the Topeka and surrounding area, specializing in hearty, homemade-style food. Our menu includes customer favorites like burgers and sandwiches, hand-breaded chicken tenders, fresh-cut fries, biscuits and sausage gravy, breakfast favorites, cinnamon rolls, and other comfort-food specials. We believe good food doesn’t need to be complicated. We focus on generous portions, fair prices, quality ingredients, and food we’re proud to put our name on. Since 2021, we’ve served customers at local businesses, farmers markets, community events, festivals, and private catering jobs.
