Our story
Auntie Melani’s Kitchen is a small-batch microbakery bringing a little taste of Hawaiʻi to West Virginia. I make handcrafted sourdough breads, focaccia, cookies, mochi, and other baked goods, mixing familiar favorites with island-inspired flavors like ube, coconut, lilikoi, guava, and chili crisp. My menu rotates often, and I love giving people something a little unexpected to discover at the market.
