The Little Gym of Stratford

The Little Gym of Stratford is a children’s enrichment and gymnastics center serving families with children from 4 months to 12 years old. We have been open for 8 months, offering age-appropriate gymnastics and movement-based programs designed to help children develop physical, social, emotional, and cognitive skills in a fun, positive, non-competitive environment. Our services include Parent/Child, Pre-K, and Grade School gymnastics classes, as well as birthday parties, camps, Parents’ Survival Nights, and special events. What makes The Little Gym special is that we are so much more than gymnastics. We provide a nurturing, non-competitive environment where children can build confidence, independence, strength, coordination, and social-emotional skills while having fun. Our programs are intentionally designed for each stage of a child’s development, starting as young as 4 months old, and our small classes allow our instructors to really get to know each child and celebrate their individual progress. As a locally owned business, we also place a strong emphasis on creating personal relationships with our families and building a true sense of community. Our goal isn’t simply to teach children gymnastics skills, but to help them develop skills and confidence that carry into school, friendships, and everyday life.
