Italian Ice is our main go to, it is a specialty in the Appalachian mtns, hardly anyone else sells it. It isn't shaved ice, it has an ice cream texture but it has no dairy, it is
fat, gluten, cholesterol, soy and nut free. It's a healthy alternative to ice cream.
