Established in 2022, Sweetery 27 is a small-batch home bakery specializing in nostalgic comfort desserts made with intentional ingredients. From beautiful cake slices and cookies to seasonal treats, I believe you shouldn’t have to compromise on flavor to be thoughtful about what goes into your food. I prioritize butter and avocado oil instead of seed oils, creating indulgent, delicious treats with quality ingredients and a homemade touch. I’m excited to bring Sweetery 27 to more local markets and share my love of baking with the Madison community, one treat at a time.
