Our story
Hollow Briar is a woodland inspired mocktail booth serving handcrafted, alcohol free elixirs, herbal draughts, botanical tonics, and seasonal syrup based drinks made from scratch. We bring a full bar quality menu without the liquor license, so we fit family events, dry venues, and daytime markets alike.
every drink is made to order with real ingredients and a bit of storytelling in the presentation. Occasionally we'll have a small selection of handmade goods, crochet, diamond art, sewing work to name a few, from our Co-founder Allie's craft work. New to the Des Moines market in 2026.
