Our story
My name is Sofia, the owner of Half Pound Cookie Company. I sell a variety of gourmet stuffed half pound cookies! I have classic flavors such as Salted Chocolate Chip, Chocolate Peanut Butter Chip, and Cookies & Cream. I also have stuffed flavors such as Red Velvet Cheesecake, Apple Pie, and Biscoff Cookie Butter. And yes, every cookie actually weighs 1/2 pound! Customers can weigh the cookies themselves and if it’s under a half pound.. it’s free!!!
