N'Theory Farm

Our main focus is on sauces. From no heat to high heat, we make dipping sauces, smoked Chili Verde, bbq sauce, and fermented hot sauces. All cooked and canned, and sometimes smoked, at home. While I make the majority my wife and son also have recipes of their own that we bring to the table. My wife makes homemade quilts, bags, knits and crotches, while our daughter makes crocheted stuffies. It's truly a family enterprise!
