Dals Dough

Dals Dough is a small-batch sourdough microbakery in Hoover, Alabama, celebrating our first year of baking for our community. We specialize in artisan sourdough breads, English muffins, sweet cinnamon rolls, savory pizza rolls, cookies, and oatmeal cream pies. Our baker, John, is a Culinary Institute of America-trained chef with over 30 years of experience. Each batch is made from scratch with thoughtfully selected ingredients and plenty of care. Named after our beloved Dalmatians, Dals Dough brings a little joy to your table through weekly orders, local pickup and delivery, and community markets.
