Everything Chocolate by Cynth

Everything Chocolate by Cynth is a Grants Pass–based artisan chocolate and dessert business specializing in handcrafted bonbons, truffles, chocolate bars, caramels, fruit confections, and seasonal desserts. As a Le Cordon Bleu–trained pastry chef, I create everything in small batches using premium couverture chocolate and thoughtfully selected ingredients. I serve customers from my charming 7-by-12-foot mobile “ChocoPod,” which provides a polished, professional setup while allowing me to bring a boutique chocolate experience to markets, wineries, festivals, and community events.
