Our story
I grow gourmet mushrooms, currently Lion’s Mane and King Trumpet mushrooms. I grow them inside 2 hi tech semi trailers, so I have a year round grow season. Fresh produce is my main focus, but I also may have smaller value added products such as mushroom jerky.
