The Big Ragu Fattoria

We specialize in Italian food, most notably, our marinara and "Italian Gravy" are canned spaghetti sauces. Our homemade pasta is delicious! We sell a dried fettuccine type pasta and recently began selling lasagna noodles as well. We also make an assortment of Italian breads including garlic, Sesame Seed, Everything, and additional flavors. Our desserts vary as Nonna Lisa is always going through Gran Mamma's recipes and trying them to see what people will like best! We've had lemon cookies, assorted biscotti, Italian Wedding Cookies, candied nuts, and several others. We feel that our work is special for several reasons. We recently relocated from South Jersey to Hohenwald, TN. We absolutely love our new home but we've found that there are very few places anywhere nearby to get good, authentic, Italian food. We hope to bring Eva's (Gran Mamma) traditional food to Middle Tennessee for all to enjoy!
