Brandi’s Baked Bites

Brandi's Baked Bites is a registered Nebraska cottage bakery in Lincoln, baking small-batch sourdough from a starter that traces back to the San Francisco Gold Rush. Since launching this spring, I've built a loyal local following. Every plain loaf is just flour, water, and salt, naturally fermented the slow way. My lineup includes classic and specialty sourdough (jalapeño cheddar, cherry dark chocolate, death by chocolate, and more), mini loaves, saucer-size cinnamon rolls, focaccia, pizza dough, and cookies like Monster and white chocolate raspberry cheesecake. Booth guests love grabbing minis to sample flavors, and the full loaves bring them back.
