Microcosm Coffee Roasters

Small-batch specialty coffee roasted in my West Boylston residential roast room on an all-electric, ventless roaster (about 87% lower carbon footprint than traditional gas roasting). I sell fresh 12oz bags of single origins and blends, plus hot coffee and cold brew by the cup. Coffees are sourced from farms and cooperatives vetted for fair wages, with priority to women-led co-ops where possible. Every bag carries its roast date. Regular at Central Mass markets and community events, with a setup that keeps the coffee line moving.
