About Baked by Bubbles 🫧💗 A little love, a little butter, and a whole lot of Bubbles! Baked by Bubbles is a Black woman-owned microbakery based in Albuquerque, New Mexico, serving up homemade treats made from scratch and with love. Named after Bubbles, our beloved sourdough starter, this little bakery was born from a love of baking, creativity, and sharing good food with good people. From artisan sourdough loaves to gooey cinnamon rolls, brown butter cookies, and seasonal sweet treats, everything is made in small batches with quality ingredients and a whole lot of personality. We believe baked goods should taste like somebody put their whole heart into them—because we do! Made from scratch. Baked with love. Sealed with a bubble. 🫧
