Ashes ~ They Missed One

I’m Ashley (or Ash), the creator behind this little world of mine where gothic beauty, creativity, fragrance, art, and meaningful keepsakes all come together. But this business didn’t begin with a business plan. It began with my daughter. My littlest was born with asthma, and unfortunately, traditional fragrance sprays could trigger extremely severe asthma attacks for her. As we finally began getting her asthma more under control, she would tell me how much she wanted her own “smelly goods,” just like her sister and me. I started researching, experimenting, and playing around with fragrance oils. I discovered that oils could be diluted and customized, without the overwhelming “blast” that comes with a spray. Most importantly, I found that she could enjoy the scents she loved in a way that worked better for her. What started as a way to make something special for my daughter slowly turned into a passion for creating custom gothic fragrance oils—dark, mysterious, unusual scents that felt like they had their own personality and story. Rollerballs led to beard oil, hair oil, pet oil. Then came room sprays, diffuser oils, candles, wax blends. My creativity started finding its way into other mediums—resin art, handmade jewelry, memorial pieces, keepsakes, and other one-of-a-kind creations. I realized I didn’t want to express myself through just one avenue. I wanted to create whatever I could imagine, blend my passions together. Today, my work is a reflection of all those things I love: the gothic, the unusual, the beautiful, the sentimental, and the deeply personal. Some pieces are created simply because they’re beautiful, others to make you feel mysterious, confident, or completely yourself. But underneath all of it is the same reason I started: I love creating things that mean something. I’m Ashley✌🏼and this is Ashes 💀— and this is just the beginning. 🌒✨
