What started as a passion for cooking during one of the hardest chapters of my life has grown into a business and a brand that I’m proud to put my name behind\. My journey with food began while serving time at Federal Correctional Institution Lompoc\. While there, I worked around experienced cooks, developed my skills in the kitchen, and began creating recipes of my own\. Cooking became something I was passionate about, and over time, people began recognizing me for the food and sauces I made\. After coming home, I decided that my past wasn’t going to determine my future\. I continued developing and perfecting my recipes and eventually turned that passion into **Boss Coast LLC**\. Today, Boss Coast creates handcrafted, small\-batch products including our signature **Prison Hot Sauce, Baja Cali Macha chili oil, and Spicy Boss Jam**\.
