Small-batch sourdough baked from a starter I've kept going for years, made with simple ingredients: flour, water, salt, and time. Our best seller is jalapeño cheddar, and we also offer sourdough discard treats like brown butter chocolate chip cookies, brownies, and banana bread, plus jars of our starter so customers can bake at home. Selling since spring 2026, and vending at local farmers markets this fall.
