Allen Family Gifts

My great-grandmother taught me to crochet when I was just a little girl, and my mom taught me to sew as a young pre-teen. I made my own wedding gown and have sewn many outfits and crocheted many sweaters for myself. I crocheted blankets and newborn outfits for my kids before they were born, and made their clothing as well as plush toys and quilts. I also made many gifts for others. A couple of years ago, I had the great joy of making my daughter's wedding gown. Now that the kids are grown, my husband turned one of their old bedrooms into a craft room for me, and I've started making items to bring pleasure to others.
