What time should I get there?

Load-in begins at 10:00 AM. Please plan to be completely set up by 12:15 PM. Doors open to the public at 12:30 PM.

What comes with my booth?

Your approximately 10’ × 10’ indoor space includes one 6-foot table and one chair.

Do I need a tablecloth?

Yes. Please bring your own table covering along with any racks, displays, signage, décor, or other items you need.

Where do vendors park?

After unloading, please move your vehicle to the parking area across the street so we can keep the closest spaces available for customers and accessibility needs.

Is electricity available?

Electricity is limited and must be requested in advance. Please bring your own extension cord if you have been approved for electrical access.

Can I bring additional tables or displays?

Yes, as long as everything fits safely inside your assigned 10’ × 10’ space and does not block aisles or neighboring vendors.

Who do I contact if I have a question before the event?

Contact Rachel Rivera or Julie Newchurch Henderson or email wanderingpossum504@gmail.com.
