Up North Passion Project

I use passion fruit grown at my home in Southern California to infuse flavor into the local favorite flavors of my second home in “Up North” Wisconsin. I blend passionfruit with figs, strawberries, vanilla and even make cucumber relish with the punch of passion fruit. I use Wisconsin Cheese and Sausage as a vessel to serve my products at local farmers markets or makers markets. We love both of our homes and wanted to highlight and blend the delicacies from the different parts of the country, bringing our two worlds together with food and drink!
