Scotty’s Shortbread

We make traditional Scottish Shortbread. Ive made it with my grandfather since 1974 with my grandfather. Not too sweet and melt in your mouth buttery flavor. Simple recipe of four ingredients and four different shapes and size. Always very well liked by anyone we’ve met. We developed a gluten free version that is tasteful and really liked by those purchasing. Good shelf life and refrigerated and frozen.
