When is Gladewater Trade Days?

Gladewater Trade Days is held on the third weekend of every month, Saturday and Sunday from 8:00 AM–4:00 PM.

Where is the event located?

The event is held at Old Bear Stadium, located at 1000 W Upshur Ave., Gladewater, TX 75647.

Is electricity available at the event grounds?

Accepted Answer

There is currently no on-site electricity available for vendor booths. Quiet generators are allowed, but vendors must provide their own generator, fuel, and properly rated extension cords.

Is water available?

There are no vendor water hookups. Vendors who need water for their business must bring an adequate supply.

Question 5

What do vendors need to bring?

Accepted Answer

Vendors must provide their own tent, tables, chairs, displays, tent weights or heavy-duty stakes, and anything else needed to operate their booth. All tents and displays must be properly secured.

When can vendors set up?

Friday setup is available by appointment. Saturday and Sunday setup begins at 5:00 AM, and vehicles must be removed from the event grounds by 7:30 AM.

Do vendors have to attend both days?

Both days are preferred, and vendors attending the full weekend may receive priority placement. However, we try to accommodate vendors who can only attend one day.

Can vendors leave before the event closes?

Vendors are expected to remain open until 4:00 PM. Early departure must be approved in advance because moving vehicles through the market while customers are present creates a safety concern.

Are tents, tables, or chairs available to rent?

Accepted Answer

Yes, Gladewater Trade Days has a very limited number of tents, tables, and chairs available for rent. Rentals are offered on a first-come, first-served basis, so vendors should reserve them as early as possible.
