Gladewater Trade Days is a growing monthly market held at Old Bear Stadium in Gladewater, Texas, on the third weekend of every month. Gladewater’s downtown is known as the Antique Capital of East Texas, making the area a natural destination for collectors, pickers, bargain hunters, and shoppers looking for something unique. Several major community events also fall on Trade Days weekends throughout the year, including the Highway 80 Sale, held twice annually, Gusher Days, and the Gladewater Arts and Crafts Festival. These weekends bring additional visitors and shopping traffic into Gladewater. Our market currently has a strong showing of crafts, homemade products, boutique items, and handcrafted goods such as woodworking, metalwork, clothing, décor, and other artisan-made products. Shoppers may also find food, tools, furniture, farm and agricultural goods, and a changing mix of other merchandise. As the market grows, we are making a stronger push to bring in more antiques, vintage merchandise, resale vendors, pickers, junkers, collectibles, and traditional trade-day booths. The vendor mix changes each month, so shoppers never know exactly what they may find. The event attracts local families, collectors, bargain hunters, and visitors from throughout East Texas. Vendors have reported strong sales and steady customer traffic, even during difficult summer weather. Our goal is to build an affordable, community-focused market where small businesses and independent sellers can grow while shoppers enjoy unique merchandise, good food, and unexpected finds. Gladewater Trade Days is open on the third weekend of every month, Saturday and Sunday from 8:00 AM–4:00 PM. Vendors may participate monthly or whenever their schedules allow. Friday setup is available by appointment.
