About this market
On August 28, 2027, Words & Wonders Book Market comes to the Stone Tree Golf & Fitness in Owen Sound, Ontario — and we are bringing over 20 Canadian authors and bookish creators right to you. This is a free, all-ages shopping experience where every table is run by the person who made what’s on it. Browse self-published novels, handcrafted bookish goods, and creative originals across every genre — romance, fantasy, thriller, mystery, sci-fi, horror, YA, children’s books, and more. Chat with the authors, get your books signed, and discover your next favourite read before anyone else does. Every Words & Wonders event also features a community book exchange table — bring a book, take a book, keep the love of reading going. VIP early access tickets are available for those who want first pick of the tables before doors open to the general public. General admission is free. Doors open at 11 AM. Your next favourite author is Canadian — come find them.
