Hello! My name is Jennifer, and I’m the Fundraising Chair for Scout Troop 161 in Shoreham. I’m reaching out to invite you to participate as a crafter/vendor at our upcoming Craft & Food Fair Fundraiser benefiting Scout Troop 161! 📅 Saturday, November 14, 2026 📍 Robert E. Reid Recreation Center — Shoreham, NY 🛍️ Fair Hours: 9:30 AM–3:00 PM ⏰ Vendor Setup: 8:30–9:30 AM 📦 Breakdown: Begins at 3:00 PM Each vendor space includes room for a 6-foot table, with enough additional space to create an L-shape or U-shape setup if you choose. Vendors are responsible for providing their own tables and displays. Vendor Fee: $50 when paying by check $55 when paying electronically using our QR code All proceeds from vendor fees benefit the Scouts of Troop 161. Our fair will bring together local crafters, vendors, food trucks, Scout demonstrations, and activities for the community. We’re looking forward to creating a fun event where people can shop local while supporting our Scouts. We would love to have you join us!
