Parker's River Landing is the first event and a new location for A DIfferent Drummer Craft Event in 2027. This is the 6th year of these juried craft fairs and the first of two (in August) fairs with 75 booths in Yarmouth on Route 28. The fairs are balanced by craft so with 75, only up to 7-8 vendors in the same craft will be accepted so no single craft will outnumber the others. The fairs are heavily advertised in newsprint, on the net and on radio. Flyers are distributed at various Chambers of Commerce and adverts are placed in Cape Cod magazines to extend beyond the Cape. Parker's River Landing is near several popular restaurants, mini-golf and the Whydah Pirate Museum for added area interest and activities. Many resorts and hotels are nearby for visitors vacationing. Parker's River Landing is noted for a children's playground, kayak launching area, waterside boardwalk and walking paths through wooded areas. The field itself is level for easy walking and is perfect for setting up your 10 x 10 booth. Booth layout is designed to have two booths side by side but separated in pairs by 6 feet so everyone has a 'corner space' open on the front aisle and one open side for display/sales if desired.
