About this market
Every vendor fee directly benefits the Northwest High School Baseball program, helping provide uniforms, field maintenance, training and practice equipment, player needs, and other resources that make a difference for our athletes throughout the season. Here's what we're doing differently this year: Bigger & More Visible Signage We're investing in larger, more visible event signage along Highway 114, along with additional signage throughout surrounding neighborhoods to help drive local traffic. School Community Promotion We're working to get the event flyer into Northwest High School feeder-school newsletters leading up to the event, putting the show directly in front of families throughout the Northwest ISD community. Increased Promotion We're stepping up our social media and community promotion to build awareness earlier and keep the event in front of potential shoppers leading up to October 24th. We will be running targeted Facebook ads leading up to the show. 💪 FREE Vendor Load-In & Load-Out Assistance We make setup and breakdown easy for our vendors! The Northwest High School baseball team will assist with vendor load-in and load-out at no additional cost. ⚡ FREE Electricity Spaces with FREE electricity are limited, so register early if you want electricity at no cost to you! Our goal this year is to create a larger, better-promoted community event that benefits both our vendors and Northwest High School Baseball. ⏰ 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM 📍 Pike Middle School Cafeteria 💰 Vendor spaces: $100–$150
