About this market
Super Con Fest brings everything you love about convention culture outside: anime, gaming, comics, cosplay, and pop culture, festival style. It is a brand-new two-day outdoor event at Bull Run Regional Park's Special Events Center in Centreville, VA, with no convention center and no packed hallways, just fans, creators, and a full summer weekend in the open air. Hours run Saturday July 25 from 10am to 7pm and Sunday July 26 from 10am to 5pm, with an August 1-2 rain date. The grounds are split into themed zones: a Quest Market for fan art, cosplay supplies, indie games, handmade goods, and food trucks; a Creator Cove and Cosplay Commons artist alley for illustrators, indie creators, and small demos; and the SuperCon Stage for cosplay contests, live performances, panels, and gaming tournaments. For vendors and makers, it is a natural fit for fan art, prints, handmade and geek-culture goods, cosplay accessories, and collectibles, reaching an audience of pop culture fans, cosplayers, gamers, and families. Super Con Fest is the launch event from Tinker Experience Co, which is building a year-round slate of festivals and community events across Northern Virginia.
